Step 1: Consultation
This is the part where we make sure we are the right fit for each other, finalize the service, and talk more details. I want to know all your hopes and dreams for the big day, or simply help you explore your vision and vibe if you're not quite sure yet. Ask me all the questions you want! We will continue to be in regular communication throughout the entire process, from consultation to gallery delivery, to discuss all the details.
Step 2: Engagement Session
Okay, time to have some fun! We'll work together to find the perfect location that fits you and your story. Plan to spend about an hour getting some great shots that highlight your love for each other. But also, this is the perfect time to just have fun and relax, while getting comfortable in front of the camera, and with me behind it. I'll have you laughing in no time and you'll forget about any nerves you may have had :)
Step 3: Wedding Day
Heck yeah! It's go time! The day you've dreamed about! No joke, the only thing I need from you on this day, is to focus on yourself, relax, and enjoy every moment. Promise. Details have already been handled at this point and I'm an absolute PRO when it comes to rollin' with any unplanned surprises. Trust me when I say, I gotchu! I'm also kind of like your personal assistant all day. Need a drink? On it. Dress need some fluffing? Done! Feeling stressed? Voila! I'm also a counselor (seriously, I actually am)!
Step4: Gallery Delivery

THE MOMENT WE'VE ALL BEEN WAITING FOR! This might be my favorite part because I love getting to watch couples relive that magical day. For many, it can go by so fast, that it's difficult to remember key moments or feelings. Being able to deliver those memories is so special to me. Your high resolution images will be delivered to you through an online gallery that is password protected and available for download. There are social media sharing options and you can choose to share your gallery with friends and family, with or without the download PIN.
Wedding FAQ
What's your approach to wedding day?
A.Honestly, I really just want a stress free day for you so that you can enjoy it. I prefer to plan as much as possible ahead of time, but be open and mindful of the reality that things pop up. Great news for you, I'm a pro when it comes to shifting plans on the spot and adapting to changes (and have my teacher voice to keep everyone in line and on task haha). But I always have a backup plan if things don't go as scheduled. Other than that, these days are really fun and energizing for me! I like to MOVE and you can often find me climbing up onto something or laying in some weird way on the floor to get a creative shot. I also adore meeting so many new people and find ways to interact with guests to get some fun shots of authentic laughs and smiles :)
What wedding price packages do you offer?
A.While I do have "standard packages" as a starting point, pricing can be really customizable and tailored to you. I can deliver a pricing outline after initial inquiry and we can go from there. But most clients invest around $3000-$4000 as a ballpark number, give or take.
When should we book?
A.As soon as possible! Sometimes I can be really flexible and other times my schedule is booked tight. It's always best to book as soon as you are able, so that you can lock in your date.
Do you charge for travel?
A.There's no charge for the greater Columbus and central Ohio area; otherwise a standard per mileage rate would apply. If you are interested in a destination wedding, let's chat more about a detailed proposal!
Do you offer prints or albums?
A.Yes! I can definitely help with print services. However, you will receive printing rights and some recommendations on where to go, included with your package, so you are not obligated to purchase them through me.
How much is the retainer payment?
A.A non-refundable 30% retainer is due at the time of booking to secure your date and make it official. After that, the balance is due one month before the wedding date. Clients often pay at that time, others pay in full at the time of booking, and some request a payment plan. I'm really flexible and can work with whatever is best for you.
What's the turnaround time to receive our wedding gallery?
A.The editing process takes some time because I want to give you the very best. This is where the hard work happens - so many long hours with delicious coffee and vibey music, to carefully sort through and edit with the highest attention to detail. This is where your images go from great to outstanding. It could take anywhere between 4 and 12 weeks, depending on a variety of factors, such as where you fall in busy season. But I promise it's all for good reason. And hear me when I say I empathize with having to be patient! Trust that my own preference is to get them to you sooner than later and I promise it will be worth the wait!
